In addition to the Pilates classes, Nicole also shares tips and advice on injury prevention, stretching, and overall wellness. The classes are also set in beautiful locations, which adds to the overall experience. Nicole is an engaging and encouraging instructor, who clearly explains each exercise and provides modifications for different fitness levels. The classes themselves are well-produced and easy to follow. This variety means that there is something for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. There are full-length Pilates classes, shorter workouts, and even tutorials on specific exercises and techniques. One of the things that sets the Move With Nicole channel apart from other Pilates channels is the variety of content available. Her teaching style is what I would describe as “calm and encouraging” it’s perfect for beginners but even in her intermediate to advanced workouts, her soothing voice has a way of grounding you through more challenging sets.
